Our diverse business means more career opportunities Our diverse business provides graduates and entry level employees enormous scope to gain experience and build their skills across different industries and markets from mining and telecommunications to construction and operations and maintenance.

Our Mining business provides total mine solutions, including mining and mine services, ore processing, engineering services, and maintenance and project management. For example at the Solomon iron ore hub in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, we deliver whole-of-mine management, including operating and maintaining the mining fleet, ore handling plants and associated infrastructure. Our Infrastructure business plans, finances, designs, constructs, services, manages and maintains vital infrastructure. From delivering Queensland University of Technology's stateof-the-art Science and Engineering Centre, to designing and constructing the new Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia's most advanced hospital, to constructing Chevron Australia's Gorgon LNG Jetty and Marine Structures in Western Australia, our team delivers many iconic projects on behalf of government and private clients.

Our Telecommunications business builds, operates and maintains national data transmission and fibre optic networks, mobile phone and radio networks, business and mission critical emergency networks. We also own and operate Australia’s largest electric vehicle charging network and deploy ICT solutions for the roads and health sectors. Our Services business operates and maintains key infrastructure assets providing asset management, maintenance planning and lifecycle analysis to day-to-day facility management services. We operate and maintain the majority of toll roads in Sydney and Brisbane, and maintain more than 5,500km of Western Australia’s road network.

 Tertiary Scholarships If you are studying any of these disciplines, you may be eligible to apply: Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Surveying, Occupational Health and Safety, Accounting/ Finance, Human Resources.

 Traineeship opportunities include: Haul Truck Operator, Tyre Fitter – Heavy Duty, Concreting, Business Administration.

Graduate Program Our Graduate Program is designed to develop, enhance and inspire new graduates to excel in everything they do. We offer extensive rotation opportunities across our business, ensuring you gain exposure to our diverse range of projects. We offer you the chance to learn from some of the strongest and most experienced teams and professionals in the industry, apply your skills and shine in your chosen field. After an action-packed, week-long induction, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor and a Graduate Development Advisor. Quarterly reviews over your two year program provide you with plenty of personal and professional development opportunities.
