From the very first win in the program’s history (a 6-0 victory over LSU in 1904) to winning the 2008 Independence Bowl title, Louisiana Tech football has always made its fans proud. And since making the move from I-AA to I-A in 1989, Louisiana Tech has proven time after time it belongs among the big boys of college football defeating the likes of Alabama (twice), Michigan State, Oklahoma State, Mississippi State (twice), Ole Miss and California since the mid 90s.
