PABLO HERAS-CASADO At 35 years old, Pablo Heras-Casado is considered one of the best orchestra conductors in the world. His winning smile and charm add to the mix of his amazing attributes. It has been said that Pablo leads the orchestra with his soul. Once on stage, he captivates and seduces, each note pleading us to follow. Heras-Casado made his US debut in June 2008 with the Ensemble ACJW at Carnegie Hall, New York. His UK debut followed in August 2008 with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. Heras-Casado then went on to conduct the Orchestra of St. Luke’s in the summer of 2011. In December 2011, the orchestra announced the appointment of Heras-Casado as its
principal conductor, a post that became effective immediately. His success was topped off when he was announced as the ambassador of the « Archive label of Deutsche Grammophon » for Universal music. The partnership with the label was announced on April 5th, 2013. Pablo´s first Harmonia Mundi release will be Schubert Symphonies No. 3 and No. 4 with the Freiburger Barockorchester. We impatiently await the release of the album, and will be first in line at the Gewandhaus Orchestra and the Munich Philharmonic.
