PRICING & GUIDELINES
ABOUT The Love Lore Collection comprises 10 coordinating sets of lovingly painted and digitally printed bridal
suites, party invitations, and day-of wedding materials. Each style includes an assortment of patterned liners and paper bands that you can mix-and-match. Personalize your big day, in every little way.
PRICING The pricing tables on the following pages serve as a guideline for you to assemble your own quote. Each item and fee is listed separately by quantity. We recommend that you order a minimum of 10 extra for keepsakes and any last minute guest additions. Design fees apply to custom designs (p. 24) that are not part of our pre-existing collection offerings (pgs. 3-22). Rush services–5 weeks turnaround– are available at an additional fee of 15% of your entire order. Shipping and tax (if applicable) are calculated in the final balance.
CONTRACT & PAYMENT To secure your dates, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit of your order, which will be credited from your final invoice. We typically quote in three stages: 1) Save the Dates, Website + Bridesmaid Cards, 2) Wedding Suite materials, and 3) Wedding Day Materials + Bridal Thank Yous. For each stage, we will provide you with a separate contract and a deposit request.
ORDER FORM After receipt of signed contract and deposit, we will provide forms for you to submit with desired
wording. Please keep in mind that it is not our responsibility to spell check your copy submissions, though we will do our best to keep an eye out for spelling and grammatical errors.
SAMPLING & PROOFS Paper samples with placeholder copy are available for purchase on our site. All proofs with final copy are sent in digital format via email for review and approval. Please allow 3-5 business days for proofs of selections made from our current collection offerings and 14-16 business days for all custom orders. Pricing includes initial design and 2 rounds of edits. Additional rounds of edits–provided that they are not complete redesigns–are $25 each. The invitation process typically takes a minimum of 8 weeks for proofing and production. Custom designs can take a little longer depending on length of proofing process. A timeline will be specified in the contract. Please allow additional time if you are using a calligrapher to address your envelopes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs and concepts are property of Lark and Raven, LLC. We reserve the right to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose la rknraven.com/lovelore
of display or for other clients, upon request. Custom designs will only be posted to social media with permission. We respect our fellow makers and while we appreciate inspiration for custom requests, we will not copy other artists.
FINAL APPROVAL Once you have approved your design proofs, we will provide you with all final elements in an email along with your final invoice and a final approval form to sign. We require a signature and the remaining balance before going to print. Upon approval of the final design, you accept responsibility for the design and all written content, as well as any costs that are associated with reprinting.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will refund your deposit if we have not started the proofing process. If production has commenced, you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception.
