The holiday season in PR is in full
swing. On your must do list, while enjoying Puerto Rico’s amazing coastlines and mountains, a few activities come to mind. The traditional lechonada (pork roast) must be attended. Families and friends unite in preparation of the pig and the events can last a day or two at times. Don't forget to try all the food, lechón asado, pasteles, arroz con gandules, guineos en escabeche and morcilla. Desert selection is a bit of tembleque or arroz con dulce. Nightcap of choice is the coquito or a pitorro. If you get invited to a parranda, don't turn down the opportunity. Three Kings is the traditional Spanish event and the spirit of the season last well beyond that. Festivities abound and holiday spirit is everywhere. Happy Holidays!

en Puerto Rico está en pleno apogeo. Hay algunas actividades que se deben hacer mientras disfrutas de las costas y montañas increíbles. Por uno, La lechonada tradicional las familias y los amigos se reunen en la preparación del lechón, evento que puede durar uno o varios días. Pruebe toda la comida, lechón asado, pasteles, arroz con gandules, guineos en escabeche y no olvides la morcilla, de postre un poco de tembleque o arroz con dulce.
