The aquatic environment & facility atmosphere make it a great place to laugh & have fun while doing something great for your mind & body.

Buoyancy Approximately 90% of your body weight is buoyant; you are bearing only 10% of your weight when exercising in chest deep water, which reduces stress on your joints & muscles.

Social

Cooling Effect With continual movement in cool water your body won’t overheat.

Social connections have proven health benefits.

Therapeu c

Stress Relief

Exercise in water safely enables & assists you in the recovery from injury, surgery & illness. It also helps to combat the aging process & has amazing mental therapeutic value.

The soothing comfort of the water aids alleviates mental & emotional stresses.
