General Information • The Forum is held at Lexington Convention Center, 430 W. Vine St., Lexington, KY adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Lexington. Parking in the lot on High St. across from the Center is included in registration. • Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds of registration fees.
