Early Life Eleanor grew up with nannies, maids, and servants.She had two younger brothers: Elliot (called Ellie) and Gracie Hall (Called Hall). Her mother died of a disease called diphtheria. Soon after both of her brothers got sick with scarlet fever. Sadley one did not make it Ellie died.


Struggles in Life One BIG struggle she had in life was she had a child sick from the flu and died . And her husband in a wheelchair.


How Eleanor got Famous Eleanor got famous by helping her husband by doing speeches for him and helping him around. She did speeches about people's rights.She went to visit soldiers and raise their spirits during WW 2.


How did Eleanor impacted society Eleanor impacted society by giving speeches for not only women but for people that got laid-off. She made a town called Arthurdale.


What Surprised Surprised Me The Most What surprised me the most is that she stood out for poor people. She did things like give money for people that got laid-off. She also got mayed to her 5th cousin.
