Alan Pepin DIRECTOR OF DESIGN Alan Pepin is a designer of bestselling lighting and home furnishings. Ryan Pauly IN-HOUSE PRODUCT DESIGNER Ryan Pauly is an in-house designer for Alora and the lead product developer for our sister brand, Kuzco Lighting. Ryan is an interdisciplinary designer with vast experience and knowledge in the modern lighting realm. In 2020 and 2021, Ryan's designs for Kuzco Lighting were awarded a Red Dot for Product Design. His passion is to create visionary lighting that sparks innovation wherever it is installed.
Elisa Carlucci GUEST DESIGNER Elisa Carlucci is a designer and sculptor who works with top luxury brands and acclaimed interior designers on both retail and bespoke lighting and furniture. Elisa’s aesthetic is a blend of organic and geometric, offering a strong feminine sensibility while maintaining a bold sense of architectural form.
