Human Resources Management PHR/SPHR Comprehensive HR course designed as a prep course for HR professionals preparing to sit for their PHR or SPHR certification through HRCI.ORG. We teach using the SHRM Learning Materials. This course is also offered as an educational course for those wanting to learn more about the HR profession. The online version of the HR PHR/SPHR MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE is recommended for busy HR professionals who are unable to attend an in-class session. This course offers convenience and there is no preset time that participants must be online. The asynchronous learning environment allows you to explore the course material in depth and to express yourself in ways that are not always possible given the time constraints of a conventional class.
