FIND YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

MAKE THE MOST OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY… – EPHESIANS 5:16 (NIV)

Everything in life starts with an opportunity. I accepted the opportunity to learn more about Jesus Christ and through that my perspective on life and others was changed. I took advantage of the opportunity to meet my beautiful wife and now together we are raising two wonderful kids. I seized the opportunity to work with The Salvation Army and now I get to work in ministry full-time. It is safe to say that opportunities have completely changed my life. An opportunity is defined as a set of circumstances that makes it possible to do something. Part of the vision of The Salvation Army here in Augusta is “to lower barriers and create opportunities for everyone to live well.” The Kroc Center is a big part of how we try to accomplish this vision. Life can get busy, tasks like taking care of your health or even just connecting with your family can seem overwhelming. These reasons are exactly why the Kroc Center is here! We pledge daily to find ways to keep lowering barriers and work to create opportunities for our members and our community. We want you to take advantage of everything we have to offer and in-turn hope that you experience the fullness of family, community and Christ. Please let us know how we can better fulfill this vision by sharing your experience with one of our team members or by filling out a comment card at the Welcome Desk. Thank you for making the Kroc Center a part of your life.
