Should a tie occur at any point in the championship, the horse with the higher Total Adjusted Entry Score in the qualifying class shall be placed first in the tie. Should the Total Adjusted Entry Scores be identical, the horse awarded the higher points for TYPE [utilizing the total TYPE points (Total Category Score) from the Total Adjusted Entry Score, not the Preliminary Accumulated Score] shall be declared the winner. Should the points for TYPE be the same, the horse receiving the higher points for MOVEMENT [utilizing the total MOVEMENT points (Total Category Score) from the Total Adjusted Entry Score, not the Preliminary Accumulated Score] shall be declared the winner. Should a tie still exist after each of these tie breaking methods have been utilized, the horse ranked higher on the Call Judge’s card in the Supreme Championship shall be declared the winner of the tie. Following the judging, all horses will be excused from the ring. During the awards ceremony, introduction of horses will begin with all Top Ten winners in numerical order (not in ranked order). Following these awards and photographs, the Bronze Supreme Champion will be announced and honored. Immediately proceeding, the Silver Supreme Champion will be announced and awarded. Immediately following, the Gold Supreme Champion will be announced and decorated. All Top Ten, Bronze, Silver & Gold Supreme Champion award winners will be asked to participate in the photograph session as well as a lap of honor when exiting the ring. Official judges’ cards will be posted in the show office immediately following each Supreme Championship.
Arabian Breeders World Cup 2010
There is also a requirement for a fourth placed champion to be nominated after the GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE Supreme Champions have been chosen. This fourth placed champion will not be announced officially, but it will become bronze champion in the event of disqualification of the gold, silver or bronze champion. The fourth placed champion will be established from the assessment for the “TOP TEN”. In the event that all Supreme Champions - the gold, silver & bronze champions - are disqualified, no further substitution will be made, apart from the fourth placed champion moving up to be named Gold Champion.
