The Dairy Farm Ice Cream Parlour - Brief 3 Brief Brand and promote a new Ice Cream Parlour. Background A new Ice Cream Parlour at 驶 The Dairy Farm始 is opening soon, that specialise in homemade, dairy ice cream using all natural, organic ingredients, from their farm. The range of flavours is limited but they are of high quality, and of exceptional taste, with a range of different toppings available. A lot of effort and care has been put into these recipes, that they are proud and passionate about. The Parlour offers a modern environment for people of all ages to relax and indulge in our fantastic ice creams. Going to the parlour itself is a special experience that will make you want to go back again and again. Considerations The brand should reflect the homemade, all natural organic qualities of the ice-cream, with a modern, youthful and up-beat feel. Target Audience -
