It appears the article pushed Chairman Meow over the edge and he did the unthinkable: He unleashed an army full of dim-witted leftist cannon fodder led by an emotionally unstable, attention-craving, cat-obsessed FemiMarxist who is bent on a Jihad against free speech;” 3. “These non-elected parasites range from low-level lobbyists, Parliamentary “Advisors”, and ZioMarxist agents passing themselves off as “Think Tank Gurus” and “Strategists” (like psychopathic pathological liar Warren Kinsella), to billionaire industrialists with a direct phone line to our Prime Minister. These parasites are of many religions and ethnicities.” 4. The cover of the Spring edition bears a large illustration showing me wearing rabbinical robes and drinking blood. ALSO BE ADVISED that you have published material that is defamatory of me in the following material on your web site and in your newspaper in your “February 2016” edition: 5. “Turns out that since the last time we checked in with Warren he’s gone foaming at the mouth crazy, like he’s contacted rabies…;”
6. “…he now thinks he is the Left King Dictator of Canada. Yes, Warren…it’s time you sought some professional help;” 7. “Satanic rituals often involve sacrificing children….These sorts of ceremonies are commonly practiced amongst Elite families of an echelon similar to that of the Trudeaus or Kinsellas;” 8. “Warren Kinsella and his ZioMarxist gang have not been able to shut down Your Ward News.” 9. The February 2016 edition contains a large illustration showing me in a straight jacket.
ALSO BE ADVISED that you have published material that is defamatory of me in the following material in your newspaper in a previous edition, a copy of which was received by me this month: 10. I am a mafia “godfather” who “encourages hotheads to terrorize [the defendant Sears] family;” 11. “Neither Clohessy nor Kinsella are men of principle. These sissies hide behind their computer screens as they spew out vitriol and libel. Men like these murdered civilians in Desden, Hiroshima and Nagasaki;” 12. “One of 55 Division’s top detectives, Thomas Imrie, is now investigating Clohessy and Kinsella, and has escalated the case to the Cybercrime Unit;” 13. I am a “unrepentant sociopath.” 14. The November 2015 edition contains large illustrations of me, including one manipulated image showing me holding an envelope titled “Project Pedophile.” It additionally seeks information about where I live, and offers readers a money reward for information about me and my family.
These words contain serious false allegations against me, in their plain and ordinary meaning or by virtue of the surrounding circumstances which give the words a defamatory meaning or by innuendo, in that they: a) falsely and maliciously state that I am a psychopath, sociopath, and/or mentally ill; b) falsely and maliciously state that I am a pathological liar and a dishonest, disreputable person; c) falsely and maliciously state that I murder children in Satanic rituals; d) falsely and maliciously states that I am capable of genocide;
e) falsely and maliciously state that I am a criminal or a member of the Mafia, and that I am being investigated by the police for crimes. I will rely on the entirety of this material at the trial of this matter. The statements published by you are completely and absolutely false, defamatory and libelous of me. You have defamed and libeled me in my character, honesty, sincerity, integrity and my work as a lawyer, father and human rights advocate. PLEASE BE ADVISED that I request you post a complete retraction and apology within three (3) days of receiving this Notice. The retraction and apology must be permanently posted at the original URL with comments blank and locked and read as follows: RETRACTION AND APOLOGY Material previously appeared here that attacked the personal and professional reputations of Warren Kinsella. Those allegations were malicious and categorically false. James Sears, Leroy St. Germaine and Your Ward News hereby retract them and wholly and unreservedly apologizes to Warren Kinsella and his family. PLEASE BE ADVISED that you are to keep a copy of all evidence in relation to the publication of this material. PLEASE BE ADVISED that it is my intention to commence an action for libel against you.
