Following the outstanding success of the New Millbrook office, Sandy Lush has now opened a second office the Torpoint High Street. Sandy has worked in the property market for over 25 years and has held managerial roles in the new homes industry for most of her career. Sandy was given the opportunity of buying the franchise for the Rame and Torpoint area when she started working for Marchand Petit three years ago. Marchand Petit are a very successful independent Estate Agency with Six offices in the South Hams. Marchand Petit have a Mayfair office which gives us a great link to the London home buyers looking in the South West. Sandy started her franchise business with just a couple of Display Boards in Kingsand. Sandy bought the Franchise and worked from home while building up her portfolio of property. The outstanding success and reputation based on Customer care, service and knowledge of the area has enabled her to open a Second office in Torpoint.

Fiona Martin joined Sandy in the Millbrook Office initially and has since been prompted to Manager of the Torpoint Office. Fiona has worked within the property market in the area for 14 years and is a very welcome addition to the team. Amanda Notman joined the team recently as Senior Negotiator and again has very extensive knowledge of the area having lived and worked in Torpoint all of her life. Barbara Matthews has the role of Administrator and is based in the Torpoint office. Barbara is very experienced and has also been working within the property market for some years. Desmond Tynan is our part time negotiator based in the Millbrook office. Desmond is very focused on Customer Care and also has extensive knowledge of the local people and area within Kingsand / Cawsand and Millbrook.
