Enriching lives and creating community for 25 years Community Education is alive and well in Kennewick! In 1989, Kennewick School District established its Community Education Program with the goal to provide all community members with lifelong learning and enrichment opportunities at a low cost and close to home. Twenty-five years later, the program has expanded from 28 classes to more than 100 local classes and more than 300 online classes where community members from around the Tri-Cities are welcome to learn new skills and pursue their interests. The school district still supports the program and serves as the conduit for bringing thousands of curious minds and those willing to share their expertise together for learning opportunities each year. We invite you to browse the Winter Course Catalog, pick out a class and take that first step towards pursuing your dream! The Kennewick Community Education Team
