LEGAL OFFICE/DOCUMENT RETENTION LEADER

The Office and Document Retention Leader will perform a variety of key tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the legal department, which includes Corporate Compliance and managing the Company’s Document Retention Program. Position manages the day-to-day operations of the legal office, prepares legal correspondence and documentation. Performs or facilitates processing of legal billing, management of reports and contract administration functions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Paralegal Studies, Law, or Business along with 3 years of experience in a similar office leader position. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other similar software program required. Position is a professional role that requires a high level of confidentiality.
