U n s u n g H e r o Identified problems Street performers often do not have any control of their stage/performance space on the streets. No general means for fans of certain street performers to locate them. No current effective solution for government management of street performers. Brief This concept proposes using stone tiles that can emit mist and light to create the street ‘stage’ for street performers. This could also allow for better scheduling and management of these performers.

Performers can choose desired place and time using event homepage.

Main computer in bank. Ultrasonic humidifier and LED light for direction control.
Result Administration: Allows for better and more effective management of street performances. Street performer: Allows for better control of stage area using steam and light. Enhances and allows for performance even after dark. Audience: Event homepage allows audience to know in advance where and when different performers would be at. Show designer: Potential new market for stage and equipment design.

feelings through actions. Using the silhouette, people can create their own story. With the everyday actions we have already grown accustomed to, we can achieve a new experience. We can communicate with a character who was born out of action in space. Your motion begins to produce a story. You become a character.

The vending machine of oneself takes 3D data of the user which the user can then download and share via SMS text. Not only can this serve practical functions such as ID photographs, but can also extend to entertainment uses such as photo booths in clubs or restaurants.

The aging of architecture over time often results in a lost of information. Most people tend to associate aging of architecture with negatives aspects such as collapse, decay, etc. In this design, I wanted to create a positive conscious of the aging of architecture. This can be done through adding value to the architecture, the site and the community around it. The chosen site is the Yokosuka Factory in Uraga, Yokosuka-shi, Kanagawa-ken, which is an industrial building not currently in use.

The inspiration behind this art installation are two observations that I found during my stay in London - 1. There are a lot of trash on the streets of London. 2. Sometimes, it is dangerous to walk on the streets at night because they are often dimly lit. This piece of art aims to tackle these problems in a cheeky way - using trash as part of the light installation while providing extra illumination for the streets.

This product is inspired by driftwood and the fact that men normally do not like carrying a bag when they go out. This product aims to tackle this problem by creating a scarf that can also double function as a bag. Another advantage of this arrangement is the added security as the positioning of items in the bag (worn as a scarf) makes stealing almost impossible. The bag is able to change appearance depending on the amount of items inside. This is due to a change in shape but also a shift in angle which allows for more inner fabric (which is of a different colour) to be shown. This change takes inspiration from driftwood.
