Legal-for-Trade Carat Scales Kassoy now offers a 700 carat model to Mettler Toledo’s JB series of carat balances. With 700, 1200 and 1600 carat weighing capacities, this well rounded line has the right fit for you. Also available are Mettler’s carat FACT scales. Featuring Fully Automatic Calibration Technology, Mettler’s FACT scales automatically recalibrate themselves whenever temperature changes risk affecting weighing accuracy. Each Mettler JB model has a FACT counterpart, offering all the same great features and quality with FACT dependability. Each JB model includes a calibration weight, but since FACT scales feature automatic calibration, calibration weights are not included with JBF models. These scales weigh in g, ct, oz, lb, ozt, dwt.

With Optional Dual Display The JL Series is Mettler Toledo’s solution for jewelers who require a more compact, reliable, affordable legal-for-trade carat scale. The JL Series’ optional auxiliary display lets both you and your customers see the weight simultaneously. These scales have a 7.6˝W x 8.9˝D x 9.6˝H footprint (without the auxiliary display) and, with the exception of the SC502JL, come with a 3.1˝ diameter platform; the SC502JL has a 3.9˝ diameter platform. All JL models are supplied with a carat pan, calibration weights and operate on AC. (SC502JL also operates on batteries). All JL models weigh in ct, oz, lb, ozt, dwt.
