Access

Eleven lanes of Highway 59 flow from downtown Houston, including one HOV lane for multi-passenger vehicles. The Sam Houston Tollway Northeast allows motorists to drive 13 miles from US 59 near George Bush Intercontinental Airport to just past US 90. It is seven miles to Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston’s primary airport. Rail service runs through the Lake Houston Area, linking the region of the Port of Houston to Galveston.
