All prices are subject to change without notice due to corrections or for other reasons beyond the control of JozieB. Products are priced each in US$ and orders less than the minimum order quantity for an item will be changed to the minimum order quantity.
Opening orders for first-time customers is $150 and reorder minimum is $100. Reorders under the minimum of $100 will be charged a small order charge of $5.
Orders from new customers must be prepaid by credit card for the merchandise at cost plus estimated shipping charges. Opening orders must be accompanied by a signed credit application and a current sales tax exemption certificate or resale certificate. Orders for established accounts with approved credit are Net 30 days from invoice date. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Accounts that are past due will be assessed a 1.5% per month finance charge. Orders will not be shipped to accounts that are delinquent. Please refer to the credit application for additional terms and conditions
All shipments will be sent by UPS or USPS at current published rates unless otherwise requested at the time the order is placed. A handling fee of $5 per address will be charged on all drop shipments. All backorders under $50 will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise requested.
Please retain all packaging, cartons, and product and notify a JozieB Customer Service Representative within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will notify the carrier to inspect the shipment so that we can settle your claim quickly. We only accept returns for damaged merchandise with prior authorization.
All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA) number in advance of receipt of the returned merchandise. A Return Authorization (RA) number may be obtained by using the “Problem Solver� form or by calling, faxing, or emailing a Customer Service Representative. Returns that do not have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
