This tropical island has two Nazarene districts with 50 churches & more than 10 preaching points, all of which will be impacted with approximately 3200 participants. First week July 3 – July 9, 2016 Second week July 10 – July 16, 2016 The purpose of Encuentro 2016 is 1) Strengthen and encourage our Puerto Rican churches. 2) Give a life changing experience to all the youth and adults participants. Children’s & youth neighborhood crusades, evangelistic services, church construction, sports events, orchestra & musical teams culminating with the cities San Juan & Arecibo celebrating a city wide crusade. Local churches and district youth groups will be trained & equipped to work hand in hand with our Puerto Rican Nazarenes. Traveling to Puerto Rico and can’ t speak their language? It could give you the jitters, but it need not! This little handbook has been especially designed with you in mind! Don’t be afraid, use it!
