RESIDENTIAL Used for living. These are very dynamic within the project. If we achieve a short trip between the residence and the work places, we can have a better living at home and more time to enjoy the surrounding throughout the project. This means that in this project the residence areas are extremely interactive with the rest of the surroundings.

LODGING Used to offer multiple accommodations for short-term or long-term residents. Some of these uses focus on the high tourism levels in Barcelona. They also act as connection with other cities and the world.

FOOD SERVICE + SALES Used for retail or wholesale of food. Used for preparation and sale of food and beverages for consumption.

NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT Used for retail or wholesale of food. Used for preparation and sale of food and beverages for consumption.

Nightclub Auditorium Movie and live Theaters Virtual Park Bar

DAY ENTERTAINMENT Uses where people gather for social or recreational activities as entertainment during the day hours. These activities focus on large groups of people, and in tourism.

OFFICE + RETAIL Used for the sale and display of goods other than food. Used for general office space, professional office, or administrative offices.

EDUCATIONAL Used for academic or technical classroom instruction. These functions are dedicated to the learning process of the people. Today, most of these uses are active during day hours. However, in the project, it is important that these activities happen in a much more flexible way due to the high mobility traffic during the day and afternoon hours. A balanced schedule in both mobility and uses achieves symbiosis within them.
