My name is Jorge Peral and I am a comic artist and illustrator. I am 29 years old and live in the town of A Coruña (Spain). I’ve been working as an illustrator for 6 years making children books, covers for novels and essays, advertising illustration and comissions for individuals. In the last two years I’ve been working as 2D artist making indie video games for some different studios from America, Netherlands and United Kingdom. I’m currently work, in my free time, as art director in a small studio called Gazpacho Games. I’ve always been passionate about comics; therefore, I’ve been taking part in comic projects since I finished my art studies in the Escuela de Arte Pablo Picasso (A Coruña). In these years I reached my particular style. As comic artist I’ve worked in some small indie publications like ‘Compota de Manatí’, ‘Sacoponcho’ or ‘Altar Mutante’ and I’m currently trying to leap to the profesional business. I’ve got experiencie drawing, inking and colouring (I’m able to do any of these tasks), but my favourite is to create the narrative making the pencils and ink. My dream is to publish comics in the American market and grown up as author.
