Education Month Do join us during the month of February for an exciting series: S ta nd on the Promises Having done all, we must STAND. (Ephesians 6:13). Standing must be our spiritual posture and absolute priority in these times - not sleeping or being off guard. Standing gives us the grit, resolve and determination that nothing will separate us from the love of God. Standing declares: ‘No surrender, no turning round. We come this far by faith.’ Standing allows us to be spiritually awake, alert, vigilant, ‘quickened’ by the Holy Spirit, and focussed. ‘Looking onto Jesus the
author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (NKJV-Hebrews 12:2).’
P r a ye r How important is Prayer? Prayer is important because God
answers prayer. Prayer is our communication with God. We can have the assurance that He hears our prayers and knows our heart. 1 John 5:15 “This is the confidence we have in
approaching God: that if we ask
anything according to his will, He hears us.”
Every Friday we will be asking you to join us in Corporate Prayer (time to be confirmed) and also join in your House Group Prayer. Whilst we are on lockdown House groups have been merged and there will be joint House Group Meetings:Chatham
