How Long will my accessories take? Bespoke design processes can take some time. Once you are happy with a design and have paid for work to begin, we advise 4 weeks. We aim to have your design ready in 2 weeks, this then gives you time for alterations and postage.
What if I don’ t like the finished piece?
We offer a Love it Guarantee on all our accessories, if you do not like it you can: Alter & Amend—make any changes at no extra cost Replace—Swap your accessories for something else. Refund—We will give you a full refund Simply email us and return your items in their original package unworn & undamaged
Do I have to pay more to have a bespoke piece? No we don’t charge for Bespoke {We are BESPOKEN FOR} it's what we do best
I’ ve seen something I like can you make it for me? We do not copy designs, we are designers and we respect other designers work. (If we can put you in touch with the designer we will). If you want to show us a design for inspiration, so we can see what you like, that’s lovely, we are happy to be inspired.
Can I take my design sketches and make them myself or give them to someone else to make for me? We put a lot of time, effort and love into our designs. We ask that if you love our work then please do us the honour of letting us make them for you. All designs are copyright of Bespoken For Ltd and belong to us.
