Maintain the system of Lead Candidates, campaigning on a pan-European agenda, for the nomination of the Commission President, to be elected by a majority in the Parliament.
Put citizens back at the heart of the European Union by promoting instruments for continued democratic participation, such as citizens conventions across the Union.

Introduce the European Review Mechanism on Democracy, Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights (DRF) and increase capacities of the European Court of Justice to deal with the breaches of rule of law in the EU Member States.
Provide more transparency and accountability of the Eurogroup.

Complete the European Banking Union by introducing a European Deposit Insurance Scheme.
Establish a budgetary capacity for the Eurozone and commit to a bigger EU budget financed largely by genuine own resources.

Set minimum social standards on the European level to avoid social dumping and a race to the bottom.
Establish safe and legal channels for refugees and migrants and strengthen the role of the European Border and Coast Guard.

Present action plans and integration projects to support the sustainable development, democratisation and stabilisation of the wider European neighbourhood.
Mainstream "green economy thinking" in all the area of the EU decision-making and make the EU a global leader on climate change mitigation.

Establish common European standards for assistance and integration services for migrants across the Union.
Make the European Union a true global actor speaking on the world arena with a single voice.

Establish a Constituent Assembly, tasked to elaborate a federal Constitution.
