We're focusing this edition on the amazing surf spots and services in and around Villa Santa Cruz. The Villa's location, just a 5 minute walk to the famous La Pastora Surf Break, puts our guests right in the heart of the best surf Baja has to offer. With warm water temperatures year round and empty beaches, the Villa is simply a surfer's paradise on the Pacific Ocean. When you stay at Villa Santa Cruz, your senses will come alive with the sights, smells and sounds of the surf. Fall asleep and wake up to crashing waves and breathe in the sweet salt air from your private patio. Surfers can easily check the condition of the break just by glancing out their bedroom window. Then, all you need is to grab your board, walk out the Villa's private beach entrance, and get wet!

The Famous La Pastora Surf Break

After walking through our private beach entrance, you can surf right in front of the Villa (a beautiful left), or walk south for 5 minutes until you reach the La Pastora Surf Break, a world-renowned surf spot. La Pastora is an exposed point break with a sandy beach with rights and lefts, but mostly known for its bigger rights. The surf is reasonably consistent and works any time of the year, although it is not a beginners' break due to the boulder bottom. The crowd level is usually very low and there are many spots to choose from where you can pick your own peak to enjoyâ&#x20AC;Ś.a surfer's dream! There are a number of other surf spots within 20 minutes of the Villa. San Pedrito is a reef break a few miles south of Todos Santos in Pescadero. Cerritos Beach is located a few miles south of Pescadero and is a beach break. It is very well known and therefore can be a bit crowded, but is a welcoming spot for beginners.
