Protected Natural Areas Atinguy Animal Shelter Placed 18 Km from Ayolas, covers an area of 100 ha. The fauna collection is made of species form the area influenced by the Yacyretá Dam. The place was arranged so that the animals could live under conditions that are adequate for their survival and breeding. There can be found mammals, birds and reptiles. The shelter offers educational, scientific and tourist support. It is an attractive area for national tourists as well as the international ones that also promotes environmental learning in the region.
