Ladies……….. There is a time for everything and this is your time to shine. The empowered young woman’s mentoring programme is designed with young women ages 16—25 years who believe they have so much more to offer their peers and need to know how to identify what it is they have and how to use it to empower their nation. The EYWMP seeks to do two main things: 1.

We offer mentoring in small groups of 6—10 women with an introduction of a new session during each group meeting. There are 4 sessions for the group mentoring, followed by one to one mentoring to support and guide the ladies into completing and fulfilling the learning activities in the group mentoring. Our mentors are experienced professional women who have either graduated from the Empowered Woman Leadership Mentoring for Purpose Programme or partnerships.

The Sessions There are a total of 6 sessions delivered over 6—12 weeks:
Being a mentee an the leadership mentoring for purpose programme, I believe no coincidence for me. I believe that it was my destiny and purpose to be part of this programme and I am so grateful to God to have given me this opportunity. Prior to being part of the programme, I was, as I would describe myself, a wayward winner. My life was slightly out of alignment and needed some tweaking and coaching to get it on course again. I had spent the majority of my life instinctively searching for a way to get my life back on track and some of my methods had not been as constructive as others! It was only until I became part of EWMPP that everything started to fall into place for me and I finally felt like I belonged and had found the missing piece to my jigsaw life.

Transformation Young women are easily influenced in many ways and it is noted that so many are influenced by their peers and sometimes in a wrong way. The Empowered Young Woman’s Mentoring Programme seeks to empower women from the inside out by showing them their gifts helping them explore their creativity and how to bring out the leaderships skills within them so that they can in turn pioneer their future.
