Cooking With The Bufala Mozzarella Cheese In Twenty Minutes One of my most favorite dinners is good old spaghetti with homemade meatballs. I don't always have the time to make the meatballs, and now Prego has solved the problem for me! I have long been a faithful buyer of the Prego brand of spaghetti sauce, and I love their version with Italian sausage. When I saw this "Prego Meat Sauce Mini-Meatball" version at WalMart, for only $1.33, I stocked up, and boy am I glad I did! Slowly add this mixture to the boiling broth, spinach and slow cooker meatballs stew mixture already cooking. Let it drizzle in in ribbons. At the same time, whisk the hot broth gently as you add the mixture. It will separate the bits of egg into a nice texture that will take the place of noodles or pasta. After all is added, gently boil for a few minutes. Don't add salt to this recipe since cheese is salty enough. Serve with grated cheese on the side to sprinkle on top. Repeat the process until you reach the desired thickness.
