2009-10 JACC Scholarship Application Form Use this form to apply for a JACC scholarship. Applications must be received by March 5, 2010. Application packages should be typed and submitted in quadruplicate to  (TBA). See the accompanying page for recommendation, transcript and other requirements. Scholarships will be announced at the annual convention. Â

___ A personal statement no longer than two pages explaining what you have gained from your journalistic experience, your hopes for a future in journalism, and any special circumstances regarding your background or status. ___ A list of journalism-related experiences other than your community college work (dates and brief descriptions of volunteer or paid work). ___
