Introduzione Il turismo è senza dubbio il settore più importante e la risorsa più significativa del nostro Paese e, in questo momento congiunturale caratterizzato da timidi e fragili segnali di ripresa, può rappresentare una risorsa strategica per il processo di accelerazione e di miglioramento. Come tenere lontani i fantasmi della crisi dalla “macchina del turismo”? Dando certezze di Qualità. E’, infatti, attraverso la qualificazione dell’intera filiera del nostro turismo e la valorizzazione delle eccellenze del Made in Italy che possiamo consolidare il nostro già prezioso posizionamento e attrarre nuovi target di clientela. I ritmi del “turista” sono senza dubbio i più dinamici fra quelli dei consumatori. Ma anche se cambiano repentinamente tempi ed abitudini permane la motivazione che condiziona la sua scelta. Il turista chiede di “soggiornare e mangiare bene”. Ciò gioca a nostro favore. La Qualità del nostro tricolore è ancora percepita e noi non possiamo permetterci di deludere queste sempre più esigenti aspettative. Qualità, quindi, ma anche originalità. Ogni angolo del nostro Paese, geograficamente e storicamente, si contraddistingue per valore e tradizioni. Ogni occasione è l’ideale per raccontare l’identità e la storia di quel luogo. E’ anche rafforzando il legame fra il comparto turistico-ricettivo ed il territorio e le sue produzioni che possiamo offrire al turista molteplici opportunità di scelta. Pertanto se Qualità, originalità ed identità territoriale sono gli ingredienti necessari per una performance vincente, l’Italia gioca facile.

Introduction Tourism is, without any doubt, the most important sector and the most significant resource of our Country. For the time being, characterized by faint and fragile recovery signals, it can be a strategic resource able to boost the improvement process. How can we keep the ghosts of the crisis away from the “tourism machine”? Simply by giving our guests certitudes of Quality. It is exactly through the qualification of the whole chain of our tourism and through the optimizing of the excellences of Made in Italy that we can strengthen our precious positioning and attract new clientele targets. The paces of the “tourist” are, without any doubt, the most dynamic among those of consumers. But even if times and habits change suddenly, the motivation which influences his choice remains. What the tourist needs is to “stay and eat well”. This works in our favour. Everybody is aware of the Quality of our tricolour and we cannot allow ourselves to disappoint these expectations which are more and more demanding. Therefore, Quality but originality as well. Every corner of our Country, from both the geographic and historical point of view, stands out for value and traditions. We must catch every useful occasion to tell the identity and history of that place. This can be done by strengthening the link between the tourist and accommodation sector and the territory with its productions so that we can offer the tourist numerous choice opportunities. Thus, if Quality, originality and territorial identity are the fundamental ingredients for a winning performance, it is easy for Italy to win.

Introduction Le tourisme est, sans aucun doute, le secteur le plus important et la ressource la plus significative de notre Pays. Dans la conjoncture actuelle, caractérisée par des signaux de reprise timides set fragiles, le tourisme peut représenter une ressource stratégique pour le processus d’accélération et d’amélioration. Comment peut-on tenir loin les fantômes de la crise de la “machine du tourisme”? Tout simplement, en donnant des certitudes de qualité. C’est justement au moyen de la qualification de toute la filière de notre tourisme et de la valorisation des produits d’excellence du Made in Italy que nous sommes à même de consolider notre précieux positionnement et attirer de nouveaux types de clientèle. Les rythmes du “touriste” sont sans aucun doute les plus dynamiques parmi ceux des consommateurs. Mais, même si les temps et les habitudes changent soudainement, la motivation qui a conditionnée le choix du touriste reste. Le touriste ne demande que de “bien séjourner et bien manger”. Cela joue en notre faveur. La Qualité du Tricolore italien est tout à fait encore perçue et nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre de décevoir ces attentes de plus en plus exigeantes. Qualité, donc mais aussi originalité. Tous les endroits de notre Pays, au point de vue historique et géographique, se distinguent grâce à la valeur et aux traditions. Toute occasion est l’idéal pour raconter l’identité et l’histoire d’un lieu. Nous pouvons offrir au touriste de nombreuses opportunités de choix aussi en renforçant le lien entre le secteur touristique, celui des structures réceptives et le territoire avec ses propres productions. Par conséquent, si Qualité, originalité et identité du territoire sont les ingrédients nécessaires pour une performance gagnante, c’est facile à vaincre pour l’Italie.

Einleitung Der Tourismus ist zweifellos der wichtigste Sektor und die Ressource in unserem Land. In diesem konjunkturbedingten Moment ist dieser Sektor von zaghaften und schwachen Zeichen der Wiederaufnahme gekennzeichnet, die zugleich eine strategische Ressource für den Beschleunigungsund Verbesserungsprozess darstellen kann. Wie kann die Wirtschaftskrise von “der Touristenbranche” ferngehalten werden? Gewissheit der Qualität zu geben. In der Tat durch die Qualifizierung des gesamten Tourismussektors und der Aufwertung des exzellenten Made in Italy können wir unsere sehr wertvolle Positionierung konsolidieren und eine neue Zielgruppe von Kunden anlocken. Die Rhythmen der “Touristen” sind zweifellos die dynamischsten aller Konsumenten. Auch wenn die Touristen ständig ihre Zeiten und Gewohnheiten ändern, bleibt die Motivierung die ihre Wahl beeinflusst immer die Gleiche. Der Tourist will “sich in seinem Urlaub erholen und gut essen”. Daher begünstigt sich das Spiel auf unserer Seite. Die Qualität unseres Landes ist überall bekannt und wir können daher die Erwartungen unserer Kunden nicht enttäuschen. Qualität und natürlich auch Originalität. Jede Ecke unseres Landes, geographisch und historisch, unterscheidet sich durch ihre Bedeutung und Tradition. Jede Gelegenheit muss genutzt werden, um die Identität und die Geschichte dieses Ortes zu erzählen. Außerdem muss die Verbindung zwischen den Empfangsstrukturen, den Touristen, sowie dem umliegenden Gebiet und deren Produktionen hergestellt werden, damit dem Touristen eine Unzahl von Wahlmöglichkeiten angeboten werden kann. Daher, wenn die Qualität, Originalität und die territoriale Identität zusammenpassen, dann sind das unsere notwendigen Zutaten für eine gewinnende Performance dieses Heimspiels.
