We have been using this method for three years, and we are very happy with it as it has helped us a great deal. My wife will testify to that. She will tell you how SDM helped our household to adjust to another way of life. Wife: As my husband explained to you, our relationship was not smooth. There were quarrels and disputes related mostly to not wanting to have sex as I was afraid of becoming pregnant. We also lacked sufficient financial resources to provide for multiple family needs. Ever since we heard about SDM and the other teachings provided by Action Familiale, our love has been renewed. The conjugal act is no longer forced. All we have to do is take a look at the CycleBeads, and we know whether or not this is a fertile or non-fertile day, which allows us to have sex in perfect harmony without fear of becoming pregnant. There are no more misunderstandings or disagreements during sex. Our love has grown in such a way that my neighbors ask me what kind of spell I cast on my husband to have him display his love for me in front of everyone. We talk to each other and to our children. Together, we strive for the future of our household. I believe my husband agrees with me that the most significant changes from use of SDM is that we are currently experiencing sex in a harmonious way. Our conjugal talks are candid and easy, and they do us a lot of good as they allow us to find time for our children and to be with them. We would like to thank the Action Familiale educators, as they really devoted time to teaching us, even visiting us at home. The educator was always available to provide solutions to any difficulty we experienced. She followed up on a regular basis to find out if we were integrating SDM into our everyday life.
