encouraged by their supervisors. Upon observing how much these health workers have been contributing for the cause, I decided that I should discuss the matter in the forthcoming meeting. What I learned from SDM is that we should never have a negative approach to any newly implemented plan. Today, we get CycleBeads from the district and distribute them to providers in every meeting. I have learned from this experience that anything can be achieved with a positive approach but never with negative thinking. Never will there be any defeat if approached positively. This has been evident from my initial approach which turned positive overtime. Now I can say SDM has been a successful endeavor!
