for helping a loved one with Parkinson’s-specific exercises at home using the Delay the Disease Parkinson’s Fitness Program. This course is for caregiver’s and will address all levels of the disease so you can tailor an exercise program for your loved one. Cost is $15 (free for person with Parkinson’s). Delay the Disease Exercise Classes “Delay the Disease” is a fitness program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s Disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. It is also the foundation for exercise classes geared specifically to counteract the movement challenges experienced by people with Parkinson’s.
