Your Father in heaven is interested in you reflecting who you are in Him and who He is in you, not just merely resting on the laurels of His work on your behalf. Yes, you are to rest…rest in his strength, rest in his sufficiency, rest in His finished work, but not rest in the sense of kicking back and doing nothing.
