Simple Celebrations

1. Fill one of your plastic cups with candy and run a string through the other cup.

2. Take your crepe paper and roll it up.

3. Cut slits through the rolled up crepe paper.

4. Tape cups

together, then glue your crepe paper onto the cup in layers.
