Happy 2016! two years in a row in 2001 and 2002 Le Beau was one of the first salons in Perth to introduce the concept of a spa in the beginning we opened a very modest spa in the shopping centre also introducing the new concept of spray tans and wet rooms for body and spa treatments.
Karen’s Letter Welcome to 2016.This year is a very exciting year at Le Beau as we enter our 20th Year. Over our 20 years Le Beau has evolved starting in a 35m2 beauty salon offering basic beauty treatments, waxing, facials, solarium and acrylic nails in the kardinya shopping centre. We moved our salon into 3 different locations in the centre over the next 7 years, as we were growing out of our space very quickly. Le Beau became Renowned at a rapid rate for the place to go for the acrylic nails, waxing and facials. This was the beginning of Le Beau being recognized Australia wide for its excellencewinning two national awards for our nails in Sydney intonation competitions
Very quickly this space too became too small having 6 nail tables and 6 rooms with 12 girls working in a 70 square meter spa. It was a tight space but run like a well oiled machine with a experienced diligent team. At this point a second spa was opened in the gate way building at garden city which was a boutique salon which we then sold 4 years later. After 71/2 years in the centre it was time to move on and move into another phase and take our spa experience to the next level, we purchased our now Le Beau building and began some very extensive renovations to develop a oasis for clients to escape the rat race of life for a short time, a place to recharge their batteries. During these years Le Beau won and was a finalist in over 17 industry and business awards. Over the last 4 years Le Beau has evolved into not only a spa but also a medispa clinic where high end result skin and body treatments using medical grade equipment performed by only the best in the field. We offer all from
Botox and fillers that are performed by medical staff, to non-invasive dermafrac needling, microdermabrasion, radio frequency, ultrasound, LED, teeth whitening, clinical peels, IPL, Photo Rejuvenation and high end Thalgo antiaging facials, plus all of our massages are administered by remedial massage therapists and physiotherapists, All our services however are delivered in a spa environment with the luxury spa it is renowned for.

Loss of interest in things that were previously pleasurable, sometimes this loss of pleasure also known as anhedonia may not be complete. I was hoping to raise $6000, I am pleased to announce we were able to raise $8,500 this year which is more than I could ever have imagined. This means after holding 4 quiz nights we have raised $42,200 towards Cystic Fibrosis WA. This quiz night was another successful event and we were lucky enough to have former West Coast Eagles player Karl Langdon as our Quiz Master. The success and positive feedback from this year’s fundraising event would not have been possible without your contribution and the generosity from the people of Perth. The money raised from the quiz night goes to Cystic Fibrosis WA where it will be used for provision of services for those people with Cystic Fibrosis living in WA.
