UV FLAME SENSORS inear Systems offers UV flame sensors that use very sensitive electronic UV tubes. The specially tuned UV tube is designed to detect UV radiations emitted by the naked flame. These UV flame sensors are insensitive to normal light and refractory glow in furnace walls. They are ideally suited for detecting all types of flame, namely flames due to gas/coal/oil fired burners in boiler and furnaces. UV sensors (model UV-01-AJ) are specially designed for harsh industrial environment. These sensors provide for easy cleaning of the UV sensors and viewing of the flame. The UV flame sensors are housed in metal jackets to provide mechnacial protection and various mounting features.
