The PVC hoses are lightweight and designed for maximum airflow and can be used with a wide range of blowers, portable evacuators, fans, printing machines & dryer machines for both positive and negative pressure. Fire-resistant and antistatic quality hoses are also available. These are weather-resistant hoses. M1 specification of the PVC hoses are also manufactured and supplied based on customers’ requests. Data can be downloaded and firmware upgraded, via optional software and RS232 interface. The surface roughness gauges are used for measuring type of surfaces, like ground, sanded, polished, honed, super-finished, fineturned, shot-blast, measurement range Ra 0.025 µm to 2.0 µm, measurement size 5 mm x 1 mm, etc. The detectors inside the measurement head measures distribution of specular and scattered laser light reflected from surface. Increased roughness creates less specular reflection and more scattered light reflection. Electronics and software digitise signals and calculate Ra (average) surface roughness.
