These tapes are made from random oriented polyester fleece. They are impregnated with heat-resistant conducting varnish. The tapes are highly resistant to most of the organic and inorganic solvents; and can be impregnated with synthetic resin. These are available in width of 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm; and in roll length of 50 metres. These come with higher width with roll length available on request. Coating on conducting fleece tape is not diffused with the main slot insulation, during the consolidation of coils. Particles of coating do not migrate to the epoxy resin bath when tape is immersed in VPI system.
Pumps produce a pulsation less, turbulence free flow. The ability to provide high vacuum in the suction pipe makes these self-priming pumps. The maximum pressure is 24 bars, max flow is M3/Hr and max viscosity is 1,00,000 cst.
These screw pumps have small initial starting torque, higher mechanical efficiency. These can handle large properties of solids, and high proportion of gas & entrapped air; less radial thrust,low rubbing velocity, less wear, lower axial thrust and operates in smooth and in quiet mode.
These are used for corona protection in slots of high voltage electrical machine and suitable for resin rich & resin poor system.
These are used for transfering, lading, unloading, liquids with lubricating or non-lubricating properties, chemicals and slurries.

DIOW Schunk Intec India offers quickchange pallet modules. With the electric version of the VERO-S NSE mini quick-change pallet modules, Schunk has made an important contribution to the electrification of machine tools. Instead of being actuated by compressed air, the technology study of the electric modules is actuated, via a torque motor, and separate engine control is no longer required. A patented drive concept provides for pull-in forces of up to 1,000 N. With a 99-mm diameter, and a 20-mm clamping pin diameter, the modules offer excellent conditions for taking full advantage in the machine room, and for direct clamping of small workpieces. Every functional part, such as base body, clamping pins and clamping slides, are made of stainless steel. Since the clamping status can be easily monitored via the torque motor, the electric modules are particularly suitable for automated mass production.
