LOAD-IN. The load in door is found on the front of building. The music hall is upstairs. To get to the stage there is either the elevator (25’’x 78’’) or the main stairs to the hall. Once at the stage, a second ramp can be used to go from the floor level to stage level. Load in takes place in front of theater at curbside. If traveling in a personal vehicle or a van you may leave vehicles in front of theater. However, trucks and buses need to be moved after load in.
DRESSING ROOMS. Dressing rooms are located inside building on lower level of theater. Two full, private bathrooms and two dressing rooms available
WARDROBE. The Music Hall is not equipped with wardrobe equipment or laundry needs. You should plan to supply all wardrobe needs for your show. (1) iron & (1) ironing board located in dressing room (2) garment racks (1) steamer
INTERNET High speed wireless internet access is available in and around the box office and can be made available throughout the rest of the theater. There is also an internet connection in the dressing rooms: Ethernet switch or wireless upon request. Ask a theater employee to hook you up.

FOR POSSIBLE VIDEO PROJECTION NEEDSThe distance is 45' from preferred projector position to the upstage wall of the stage. Other options may be available depending on the specifications of the projector being used. We have a pipe available on the upstage wall to hang screen on - we do not have a projector system or house screen available - Act must provide all equipment necessary for performance- please make sure it is noted in the advance if you wish to use any projection or plan on filming your performance in any way. House Backline equipment available: We currently have the following equipment available on site. Gretsch Renown Maple drum kit. 22" kick, 10" & 12" rack toms, and 14" hanging floor tom. 14" Gibraltar Snare 13" Pearl "Omar Hakim" Snare (3) boom cymbal stands, 1 straight stand. DW 5000 kick pedal Gibraltar Kick Pedal -Hi-hat stand and snare stand. Currently we have some Zildjian cymbals available -not a full set (missing ride cymbal) 10" splash, 17" and 18" Crashes and 14" quick beat hi-hats.
