You can check your entry requirements and exemptions on www.accaglobal.com just select your country and previous qualifications to see your exemptions or entry level.

3 Once we receive all requirements on step 2, we will issue you with an Offer Letter 4 Pay your course fees and send us proof of your medical insurance within 30 days of receiving the Offer Letter
Total tuition fees must be paid in full and in advance as required by Irish Immigration Authorities. Accountancy School is a Payto-Study Partner, which means all your payments can be securely made! Demonstrate that you have medical insurance. If you do not have medical insurance we can arrange this on your behalf. Simply let us know and we will forward you the forms and fees.
5 Once the requirements on step 4 are fulfilled, we will issue you with an Acceptance Letter and Receipt
6 Contact the Irish Embassy in your country/region to make your visa application Please submit the acceptance letter, course receipt and proof of funds to cover your living expenses for a year (estimated minimum of â‚Ź3,000 per year). It can take a few months for your visa to come through depending of your country. In the event of a visa refusal your course fees will be refunded (minus a â‚Ź200 administration fee)
7 Relocate and join your classes! Once you have your visa you can start planning your move. If you need help with accommodation please let us know. We have portfolio of host families and self-catering apartments so we can make the transition easier for you.

Liam Doran FCCA, FCPA, MBS (Finance)
BSc
Liam is the Joint Head of the Accountancy School at Independent Colleges. He was previously a Senior Lecturer with Griffith College specialising in the areas of Financial Accounting and Financial Management for ACCA, CPA, CIMA and ACA. He is an immensely confident and popular lecturer.
Shane is a full-time Senior Lecturer with Accountancy School at Independent Colleges in the areas of Ethics, Corporate Governance and Strategy. Prior to joining Independent Colleges, Shane was a member of the Enterprise Risk Services team in Deloitte. Shane has lectured on ACA, ACCA, CPA and IATI courses for the past number of years and he has developed an outstanding reputation due in no small part to his approachability and focus on examinations.

Sandra is a Senior Lecturer with the Accountancy School at Independent Colleges and specialises in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. She has lectured to ACCA, CPA, IATI, CIMA and ACA students since 2002’. Sandra has an exam focused teaching approach and an ability to simplify the more difficult areas of the subject.
Michael has been lecturing accountancy students since 1998 on ACCA and other accounting course. Michael has also lectured for state bodies and other training firms. He has acted in positions of financial controller and director in retail, construction and property development companies since 1996.
Christine Sheehan is a Chartered Accountant specialising in Finance. She completed academic articles with KPMG and has also worked with Deloitte. Christine has lectured auditing, accounting, management accounting and governance over a 19 year period. An ardent supporter of life long learning for adults furthered by open and transparent communication, she is inspired by the ethos of hard work and determination shown by students from previously disadvantaged or challenged backgrounds.
Michelle Hourican FCCA, MSc
Michelle specialises in Business Strategy Financial Management. Michelle has worked with a diverse range of clients from multi-national firms to the public sector. She has experience in the areas of Strategic Planing and Implementation, Business Process, Re-Design, Change Management and IT. She is a member of the ACCA Leinster Network and has presented CPD lecturers. She has had the privilege of presenting an intensive ACCA revision course to final year students in three locations in China.

Michael Barry ND(BS), ACMA, MSc(Finance), AMCT, CGMA Michael has over 20 years of international lecturing experience, at both professional and academic levels. He joined BPP Ireland in 2003 after returning from a seven year project in South-East Asia. From January 2013, Michael becomes a welcome addition to the professional accountancy lecturing team at Accountancy School at Independent Colleges.
