Back from another amazing easa and refueld with new enthusiasm provided by all you easians, we’re at work again for the next easa event, the INCM009 Liechtenstein. This is the first issue of the Newsletter “RÄGASCHIARM” which will keep you up to date and help you survive the post-easa-blues. We will send it to each NC and publish it on the blog easa.tk on a regular base. We need your support, your enthusiasm and your spirit to make this INCM what we want it to be! COMMUNICATION First of all, we need one NC of each country to send us name and mail of: -NCs during Italy -future NCs (2): In order to keep our communication less messy we’d like to ask you to avoid any email or facebook correspondence concerning INCM-matters with any organizer. Do ONLY send e-mails to organizer@incm009.li please use clear headers like the following ones: BASIC INFO VISA APPLICATION FORM POSTER COMPETITION ESSAY COMPETITION LOVE LETTER “XL, L, M, S, FL” description->incm009.li Quantity: There is only ONE poster per country requested and accepted. Urgency: Sending a poster in time is the only way your country can participate in the INCM. Quality: A1, color if you like. be aware that your poster will be exhibited as a picture with 40 others in a art museum. It should speak for itself, avoid (the need of) explanation texts! Be also aware that you are representing your country in a exhibition that might travel afterwards, in a book that will be sent all over europe. Take it seriously! Legally: By the end of today we will be providing some pictures, plans and data on incm009.li . This is material that you might or might not use. However it is all licence-free and all aditional material you use should be as well in order that we can publish it!
Jury: The jury will consider the following parameters: -concept: be creative and go further than we did with our example-poster! -recognizability of both countries -composition and visual representation -personal mysterious taste of the prince of Liechtenstein DEADLINE: 10. september Send us: -PDF of the poster -the original Photoshop/illustrater/ Cad/whatever-file. We will use it for some VJ-action at the vernissage. REWARDS: 1. Price: 2 fees for free 2. Price: 1 fee for free 3. Price: 0.5 fee for free ESSAY COMPETITION Change of the deadline! We got the opportunity to do a whole issue of the little “Al magazine” of the University of Liechtenstein. We decided to make an issue that discusses the easa-network on one hand and the underlying theme of this years INCM “the future of the profession of architecture” on the other hand. We will use the competition entries for this, wherefore we needed to change the deadline. There is still plenty of time left! Like this we will be able to send every NC a few issues of the magazine prior to the event! The participation of as many people of each country as possible is not only important for you (->check quota!) but for the success of the INCM in general. please show some spirit, support us! QUOTA AND FEES changes & ways to get more places! -Application forms and fees are only accepted sent through the NC! -Swisstrip is a reward and only for people that attend the (almost) whole INCM! We know from our own experience how hard it is to take a whole week off, but this is crucial to the success of the INCM. - (accepted) Guests that only want to stay for one or two days are invited to stay the first weekend. - each NC should send as many applications as he has (also for helpers) at the DEADLINE: 10.sept.2009. We will check the availability due to the applications and redistribute the rest of the places to the countries that show spirit by supporting us in writing essays, putting effort into the poster and are active in potential discussions on the easa-blog. QUOTA NC: 2 italy/UK: 5 sesam: 3 biding: 4 helpers/3rd NCs: due to availability FEE Group 1: 100 EUROS (1-3) Group 2: 50 EUROS (4-5) Swiss Trip: + 30 Euro Only full amounts are accepted, so you have to pay any potential transfer-costs.
