It’s a 3 course Paella Party prepared by Jocelyn Swanson and Joan Byrne. Choose either a seafood, meat or mixed seafood and meat Paella served with a luscious green salad followed by a Spanish apple flan loaf for dessert. EXQUISITE 6-COURSE ITALIAN FEAST & CHAMPAGNE LAGOON CRUISE Good for a Group of 10
Upon arrival, you are greeted with a Venetian favorite Bellini or an Aperol Spritz cocktail. When all are gathered, we disembark for a Champagne and hors d’oeuvres sunset tour of the Foster City lagoon aboard the Roger’s electric boat, Flying Fish (unlike in the movie “The Big Night”, Louie Prima will be aboard). The dinner party resumes inside the Roger’s home for the remaining five courses: delicate Manicotti, flavorful Italian Sausage, and Beef Braciola Napolitana, all homemade from old family recipes. Each course accompanied by fine wines from Italy and California. Celebrate a birthday, a big event, or just a special night with a group of friends, and let us prepare a delicious Italian feast and a memorable evening.
