Tradition, experiences and loyalty The company Kampo has over 20 years of tradition in the field of furniture and the construction of inner doors. On the market, we have proven our reputation by virtue of our long-standing work, which is also an assurance for successful development in the future. It's precisely our tradition, the experiences of our master craftsmen and our team of loyal employees that guarantees the highquality fulfilment of the most demanding orders. Our mission is to fulfil the expectations and demands of our customers, and to build a long-term partnership with them. The vision of the company Kampo is directed to acquiring new technical standards, and to taking care of the environment while building upon stable growth and expanding to foreign markets. We are convinced that a certified product, verified by authorised institutions, has significantly larger value added – and that this is also being appreciated by more and more aware customers. In addition, we believe in sustainable development. We therefore invest into environmentally friendly production and use renewable sources. We have arranged for combustion installation of wood biomass, where all production waste is used to heat the business premises. For varnishing products we have set-up a line for surface covering, for which aqueous varnishes can be used that are more ecologically friendly. Another eco step was the development of a line of inner doors and furniture made entirely out of massive elements. The reduction of negative influences on the environment is our commitment. It is also our commitment to make sure that the expectations of our customers are not just fulfilled, but exceeded. Marko Kajzer, The manager 2

We've already met… We know each other from somewhere, don’t we? Perhaps from the Ljubljana Castle or from the Ethnographic Museum, from the Hotel Union or from the Music and Ballet Secondary School ... Perhaps we met on the premises of Geoplin, the European Commission or the national assembly, or perhaps you may have been impressed by the ambience of a bar or a private home... You can meet us in all of these places. Maybe you weren’t sure who made those wood inner doors, interior equipment, aisle or wood façades – but if you felt good, our intention was achieved. At the company Kampo, we create carpentry products, with excellence. Their top design raises the general cultural value of a residential environment. We co-operate closely with architects, since we believe in the thoughtful selection of furniture, designed individually for each person, and adjusted to their lifestyle. This is the only way to

co-create a high-quality of living that exceeds the average. The frequent changing of cheap furniture, which is itself a product of hyper-production, does no good to either our planet or our descendants. Therefore, at the company Kampo, we bet on durability. A reliable and dedicated team of master craftsmen is available for you to make your dreams of a pleasant residence come true.

Where to get high-quality?

With Kampo.

Production programme We are wood experts. Our passion is for wooden inner doors (also fireproof ones) and many have already acknowledged our leading position in the area of acoustic lining. But that is by no means all we are capable of. Although our production is carried out with computerguided machines, we haven’t forgotten the knowledge and skills of our master craftsmen.

Wooden inner doors with wood jamb We make wooden inner doors with a wooden jamb in two basic versions:

wooden wing with furrow, supported by wooden jamb with typical socket hinges

wooden wing with straight edge, supported by a wood jamb with hinges hidden in the deep furrow of a jamb

The selection of details of wooden inner doors with a wooden jamb is almost limitless, and at the company Kampo we will gladly lend an ear to any wish – no matter how extraordinary. We have come across many ideas that presented a serious technical challenge, but that were successfully carried out in the end. We always accommodate our customers by means of a wide selection of materials and colours. It is even more important that we make doors to size and precisely for the prepared constructed opening. We offer a complete service: in addition to making inner doors, we also install them in buildings. We are convinced that only a high-quality installation, performed by our experienced installers, preserves the value of Kampo’s masterlymade doors.

Wooden inner doors with a metal jamb Wooden inner doors with a metal jamb We make wooden inner doors with a metal jamb in two basic versions:

wooden wing with furrow, supported by a metal jamb with typical socket hinges

wooden wing with straight edge, supported by a metal jamb with hinges hidden in the deep furrow of a jamb

Wooden inner doors with a metal jamb are most commonly selected for business premises, hospitals and sports premises or any place with a high frequency of visitors. Metal jambs are powder varnished in colour according to the RAL scale, meaning that after the dry installation of a jamb, no painting job is necessary on the premises.

Fireproof doors KAMPO EI30 Fireproof doors Kampo EI30 are intended for installation at the fire sector borders. They are a result of years of development, to which we have dedicated ourselves at the company Kampo. We wanted to assure the making of wood fireproof doors out of serial dimensions, and a fireproof door with a side glaze for more demanding customers. The door wing and jamb of fireproof doors KAMPO EI30 are wooden, but the final lining of the wing and of the jamb can be treated with different plywood, laminates or full colours, and can be harmonised with the rest of the equipment or other inner doors which do not demand fireproofing.

Partitions Partitions for business premises are intended for dividing larger places into several smaller offices. Partitions are made of wooden load-bearing constructions, reinforced by metal bearers. Often, doors or built-in closets are integrated into these partitions. Partitions fillers are wooden with additional sound isolation, glass or acoustic elements.

Mobile segments of the partitions with increased sound isolation are intended for the separation of larger conference rooms and congress halls. They are composed of several segments which can be folded against the wall or in a special niche in the wall, not requiring any profile in the floors. The walls have adequate sound isolation to enable the undisturbed use of facilities on both sides of the wall.

Sanitary partitions are made of waterproof plates and stainless frames, and are built in toilets for business premises, shopping centres, sport halls and tourist facilities.

Linings We make wooden decorative linings for businesses and residential premises out of materials harmonised with the rest of the equipment in the facility. They are wonderful decorations, and at the same time, provide protection for the walls. Acoustic linings with medium or maximum acoustic complexity for the needs of sport, concert and meeting halls, cinema halls, recording studios, lecture rooms, classrooms, and so on. We use diverse materials and colours for the final treatment of the linings in the same way as for doors or other equipment. Perforation, a key element of acoustic linings, is carried out in two ways:

1. with parallel grooves, behind which there is an absorptive material (the level of absorption is determined by the raster and width of grooves, defined for individual spaces together with an expert for acoustics).

2. with a bore in a specific raster where the diameter and distance between bores determine the level of absorption.

Façade linings can be made of massive wood of diverse tree species. They can be left untreated – raw - or are treated with coatings which protect wood from discolouration and decay. Lately, more and more façades are coated with waterproof laminate coatings.

Furnishings We can equip apartments entirely according to the customers’ projects or by our own designs. The line of equipment can be equal in all of the spaces or each room can be a story by itself. The equipment is made on modern, computer-assisted machinery, but thanks to a unique method of construction, still maintains the touch of the master craftsmen. All products are adjusted to the measurements of the customers’ places, and therefore offers maximal utilisation and functionality of space. The furnishings are also completed with household appliances, beds, chairs and armchairs, curtains and lighting.

17

18

Hotels We make equipment for receptions, common areas, restaurants and hotel rooms. The equipment is made at diverse levels according to the category of the tourist facilities. We can offer to our customers the overall equipping of hotel facilities, in which the inner doors to the bathrooms and fireproof entrance doors to the rooms are made in accordance with the style of furniture. We complete the equipment with beds of diverse quality, chairs and armchairs, lighting and curtains.

19

20

Business premises We make furniture equipment for reception offices, secretariats, offices, conference rooms, inns, saloons... We can also make a 3D design for business premises, or equip them according to the customers’ designs. Our computer-guided line for making furniture equipment enables us to finish our work in the shortest time possible. We can complement the equipment with chairs, sofa sets, wardrobe racks, and tea kitchens.

Designs, materials and 3D outlines The designs and projects for furniture, equipment and doors are outlined in 3D, so that the surfaces of furniture elements and doors are shown in the colour and structure of the desired material. In the design outline, individual colours and structures can be replaced with others, enabling the customer to immediately acquire the outline of the product in diverse variations.

The selection of colours and wooden structures is virtually limitless, and we also use an extremely wide palette of built-in materials, while modern technology enables the treatment of massive wood. Consequently, a wide selection of massive wood species and numerous plywoods are

available, among which we also use the modern plywood fine-line which assures equal colouration and structure for limitless surface quantities. Here it should be emphasised that for high-quality coloured surfaces the equal application of colour is extremely

important. At Kampo, we achieve this with an automatic lacquering machine, enabling drying in the drying machine and UV reinforcing. For elements of a particular dimension and forms, we still use a dust-free lacquer house, where the colour application is done manually.
