In 2010, we continued to enjoy sound financial health and stability through efficient management of financial resources. Our liquidity and reserve levels remain above the CGIAR-recommended benchmarks, and reflect our continued ability to meet both long- and shortterm obligations. Our audited financial statements reflect balanced operating results due largely to increased investor support, continuing implementation of leaner cost structure, and frugal spending.
