Meet Your Expert Course Leader Edward Shehab PMP, PgMP, CSSGB, PMOC, CBAP Edward Shehab is an accomplished expert with over 20 years’ experience in project and programme management, business process analysis and design, as well as operational and organisational excellence. He has worked in the USA and the Middle East, providing consulting and training for many global and regional organisations in the government, town planning, engineering, consumer products, information technology, systems integration and new product development sectors. Since 2008, he has been based in Dubai, providing consulting and training services to project professionals in the Middle East and Gulf region, covering project, risk and programme management. Prior to coming to the UAE, Edward held several high ranking leadership positions in the USA with large organisations like GE, Gillette (P&G), Philips Electronics, Analog Devices, Teradyne, Fidelity Investments and Bank of America, to name a few. He served in varying management roles ranging from operations to projects to leading high performance PMOs. He is an expert at assessing and designing custom methodologies for portfolio, project, and programmes, creating and setting up new and strategically aligned PMOs, as well as building efficiency through the use of Six Sigma, business process and organisational modelling, and requirements management. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® from PMI, certified Program Management Professional (PgMP)® from PMI, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)® from The IIBA, Project Management Office Certified (PMOC), and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), he holds a Master of Science degree in “Management of Programs and Projects” and a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, both from the USA. This CAPM® exam preparation training course will prepare you for the certification exam by reviewing the 4th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide Guide in full details, including the five process groups, nine knowledge areas and each and every one of the 42 processes. The course will highlight the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of each process that the exam focuses on. You will be supplied with customised course materials. This course includes exercises and lots of sample questions which will build your confidence and raise your chances of passing the CAPM® exam on your first attempt.

Course Methodology Your expert Course Director Edward Shehab will take you through PowerPoint presentations and engage you with reallife examples and topic discussions. Flip boards and charts will be used to demonstrate key points. You will solve quizzes for each knowledge area to solidify your knowledge, as well as take home additional practice questions to prepare for the exam.

Certificate And PDUs Awarded You will be awarded an IIRME Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course. Attending this course will earn you the required 24 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for the CAPM® Exam.
