Everyone has their own ideas about comfort food and different people find different foods soothing and comforting. What makes you feel better after a long, difficult day? Perhaps a bowl of chicken noodle soup would do wonders for your morale, or maybe the thought of sausage casserole makes your mouth water. As yummy as this meal looked in the picture, I was shocked when I took the lid off and saw a bunch of dry pasta, with very little sauce to go with them. The pasta was cooked to perfection, al dente, but the sauce was way too sparce, and there were very few chunks of sausage stew included in the meal. What sausage there was didn't taste like a high quality sausage. There were a few bell peppers and onions sprinkled throughout, but again, not nearly as many as I saw in the picture. Candied Apples in the Crock Pot goes well with sausage links for a cozy breakfast at supper. if you use those little Banquet Maple flavored sausage links, you will have sausage bean stew nigel slater with little preparation time. So New York City feels like a place where you should be working while you're living in a place that's more affordable than New York City. In other words, you should be commuting. But Philadelphia feels like home. The City of Brotherly Love has comfortable streets like Chestnut and Walnut bustling with cafes, shoe stores, and local eateries. There's jeweler's row, South Street, and other places that are just for eating, shopping, and having a good old-fashioned sightseeing time.
